The parties shall file documents, permitted by the rules in this part or required by the Hearing Officer, in the Judicial Officer Department's electronic filing system. The website for electronic filing is https://usps-judicialoffice.journaltech.com. Documents submitted using that system are considered filed as of the date and time (Eastern Time) reflected in the system.
